Standard Features & Options


PLANETARY SPEED REDUCER
Designed for continuous operation, this rugged, heavy-duty drive unit provides reliable performance and minimizes maintenance. Choice of 5 chain speeds and various electric motors from 2 to 7.5 horsepower.

ROLLER CHAIN REDUCER
Belt-&-pulley drive with double-reduction chain & sprocket is available in 18 and 36 FPM. Economical choice when used for limited hours per day.

203 GEARBOX REDUCER
Robust worm-gear drive minimizes backspin with a belt & pulley where chain  sprocket drives are not preferred.  Available in 24 and 36 FPM.

PATZ HOOK & EYE CHAIN LINK
Each link is made with more than 2 pounds of steel by advanced closed-die forging.  The hook is designed for extra strength and the eye allows free chain operation and flexibility.

STEEL FLITES
Flites are welded to the the link – not bolted.  The extra wide wear shoe welded to the bottom of the flite protects the trough and extends operating life.  Two models are available:  467 and 447.
