Don’t just fill your pivot tracks, TILL them
The Track Tillr is the ultimate machine for repairing the tracks and ruts caused by center pivots. Most pivot track fillers only fill the track with trash and then cover it with a layer of dirt. The Track Tillr uses an entirely new set of tooling to bust up hard ruts, fill the track with soil (not trash), and pack it and feather out the soil surface up to 99″ wide.

The Track TILLr 500 is proven to level soil nearly three times flatter than conventional track fillers with standard rolling levelers.
Adjustable Guide Wheel
The front-mounted, width and depth-adjustable guide wheel centers the machine in the pivot track to accurately control the tillage depth. The recessed bearing design reduces residue wrapping and protects the four heavy-duty bearings for years of reliability.
22" Notched Disc Blade
The targeted tillage process begins with a pair of massive 22" notched disc blades that break up the toughest sidewall compaction and fill the bottom of the track rut with more soil and less residue than traditional track fillers. The width-adjustable discs are mounted on large tapered roller bearings to ensure season after season of trouble-free service.
10" Wide Packer
The centered-mounted 10"-wide packer wheel features cleated drive lugs to propel it through the toughest soils. To optimize the firmness of the soil, the packer features 4 1/2" of height adjustment along with up to 1,500 pounds of down pressure adjustability.
Adjustable Disc Gangs
Tool-free angle-adjustable disc gangs with concave blades that decreases in diameter from 22" down to 16" on the outside to feather the soil and residue out to 100" wide for a smooth finish.
Dual Rear Rolling Baskets
Standard spring-cushioned dual rolling baskets with angled blades provide added soil leveling for a planter-ready finish. Down pressure is easily adjusted to provide ideal leveling from field to field and match soil conditions.
