Pro-Mount 360 / 460 Sprayers are ideal for mid to large acreage spray applications of row crops, short to tall field crops, pastures, sod, turf and right-of-ways. The Pro-Mount is a 3 point hitch style hydraulic sprayer with enhanced features, boom technology and ease of use. These sprayers are intended for tractors rated to handle an approximate 2400 lbs dry implement up to an approximate 6000 lbs when filled with spray fluid. For use with the Pro-Mount, tractors should be cab fitted tractors with a minimum of 125 horsepower, 15 to 19 GPM hydraulic capacity. The Pro-Mount is engineered for wide reach, full coverage spraying with hydraulic action boom arms and an integrated suspension system that promotes smooth, no-miss spray coverage. These sprayers are designed to mount closer to the tractor than other sprayers and thereby reduce weight displacement and increase balance without the need for extra wheels. The Pro-Mount streamlines operations, increases boom stability and achieves ideal spray height and coverage without making additional field marks. Pro-Mount 360 / 460 Sprayers are often used for farm and commercial tractor applications of wide swath, high mobility spraying of agriculture lands, business properties and road ways across flat, rolling and rugged terrain types. Bestway Ag’s Pro-Mount Sprayers feature the following equipment and technology. Three point type tractor hitch mount with Category 3 lift pins. Four (4) integrated, fold-away parking stands and stow rack. Boom with 60ft horizontal reach and 20in nozzle intervals for 36ct single nozzle bodies. Bestway Ag’s brand-specific FiberWorks™ fiberglass composite boom 1/3 the weight of steel with 3x the impact resistance. FiberWorks™ Pro-Flex™ boom with mechanical fore / aft breakaway system. Standard 3 section boom with TeeJet 450 control valves upgradeable to 5 section boom. A heavy duty steel sprayer frame with a powder coat finish for extended, repeat outdoor, environmental and chemical exposure. Equipped with in-cab live action controls for hydraulic boom. Dual cylinder powered boom lift for increased control and vertical range up to 42in max and 7ft total reach including attachment height. Forward fold boom with a total transport width of 12ft 9in when folded. Frame features slow moving vehicle (SMV) lights and signs for safety. When empty, sprayer weighs 2340 lbs (PM 360) or 2490 lbs (PM 460). High density polyethylene (HDPE) spray tank manufactured to 1.5 specific gravity and durable for use with agriculture chemicals up to 12 lbs/gal. Choice of 300 gallon (PM 360) or 400 gallon (PM 460) capacity storage tanks. Tanks are built with UV stabilizers to resist sun exposure damage and extend tank service life. Tanks are yellow in color, semi translucent with external gallon indicators for approximating internal liquid levels and have a 16in tank manway lid to increase tank accessibility when needed. Sprayer includes a 2.5 gallon personal safety wash tank. Hypro® 9303C-HM1C-BU hydraulic drive pump that assists chemical mixing and provides up to 140 GPM and 140 PSI maximums. Standard 4.0 gallon mix and fill cone provides easy and safe mixing of common spray chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. Can be upgraded to the Hypro® CleanLoad™ 7.0 gallon chemical inductor system for the industry’s easiest loading of dry or liquid agriculture maintenance and performance chemicals through venturi pressure delivery. Upgrade options include: 50 gal rinse tank with spin ball for streamlined clean flushing the system after operations; live joystick pendant grip control; 5 section boom and valves that enhance accuracy and reduce overlap; electric fence row boom nozzle option kit for increased fence line coverage; inline boom filters, and; flow rate controllers: Raven 440, Raven 450 and the Raven ISOBUS systems as well as 3rd party models such as John Deere®, Ag Leader® or Triple System®
