Keeping knives sharp is easy with the standard quick-change knife system. It allows you to change damaged knives fast or flip an entire set and get back to mowing pronto to keep on your mowing schedule.

Whether you’re cutting your own fields or working as a contractor, clean cutting without slowdown is what you expect. The MegaCutter™ disc cutterbar provides a clean cut with minimal tilt, even in thick and tangled crops. The round disc profile is less susceptible to impacts than other disc shapes and each disc drive is fitted with a drive protection system.

The MegaCutter™ 510 and 512 front-mounted models offer a broad suspension range, with up, back and angular motion to react to changing terrain and protect both machine and crop stubble.

The MegaCutter™ 531 rear plain disc mower is equipped with a non-stop breakaway and automatic reset to protect the cutting heads. Each pendulum-arm-mounted head automatically swings up and back and then returns to the working position to maintain your pace.

Steel flail tines are positioned at an angle to the rotor’s center, providing increased outward crop pressure against the adjustable conditioning hood and improving swath and windrow formation. You can adjust the hood to change the conditioning intensity. The semi-swinging flail tines allow obstructions to pass, for better protection compared to fixed poly or steel tines. And unlike conventional, free-swinging tines, they cannot swing back over center, but are held in the ideal place by centrifugal force for efficient and effective conditioning and uniform swath and windrow formation.

Rubber chevron intermeshing rolls provide full-stem crimping and cracking with a scrubbing action while handling the leaves of high-value feeds delicately, making it the ultimate solution for alfalfa and clover. You get gentle handling while making fast-drying swaths.
