Innovative 45-degree manifold ensures an efficient flow of processed drilling fluid exiting the hydro-cyclone. This design helps reduce undue turbulence or excessive vacuum for more efficient separation of sands and course silts.

Scaled two-deck shaker design provides more visibility and accessibility, making it more user-friendly compared to other conventional double-deck shakers.

With a recycling rate of 250 gpm (946.4 L/min), the Vermeer R250C reclaimer recycles drilling fluid returns to help jobsite efficiency.

Practical operations

The 360-degree working deck provides multiple access points to the shaker deck to simplify washing the screens and other daily tasks.

A balanced elliptical shaker motion provides more even conveyance of solids across the shaker decks. This motion also improves the ability to carry lower gravity solids over the shaker screens, helping reduce the potential of increased mud weight.
