Efficient mixing and cleanout
Three points of contact with the tub floor, made up of two bi-pulse legs and the leading edge of the screw, help move material from the tub to the discharge conveyor for consistent distribution along a bunk line or tire.
Achieve a consistent, thorough mix with two overlapping screws and offset baffles on the tub wall. Instead of feedstuffs remaining in either the front or the back of the tub, the tub construction encourages the material to travel between the screws.
Convenient operation
Optimize rations and achieve defined targets when feeding in multiple pens with a 4-point scale. Plus, wireless connectivity makes load weights accessible from a smart device.
Optional bidirectional discharge makes feeding convenient. Feed either on the right or left side of the alley when traveling between pens or multiple buildings.

Equipped with 3/8-in (9.5-mm) tub material and 1-in (2.5-cm) floor thickness, this mixer is built to withstand load after load.
A standard cooling system helps keep the planetary from overheating so the mixer can be used like it’s built to be used — all day, every day.
