Built to last
Boron auger flighting maximizes wear resistance, extends longevity and helps your spreader withstand tough jobs. This helps minimize downtime for repairs and increase productivity for your operation.
Deliver a fine, high-quality spread day-in and day-out with heat-treated boron teeth that provide you with up to four* times more strength than traditional mild steel. *Claims of performance provided by third-party manufacturer. Individual results may vary based on care and operation of equipment, which may adversely affect performance.
Built for the long-haul, this robust spreader features a fully-welded body that maximizes strength and minimizes water ingress to outlast spreaders that are stitch welded.
Heavy-duty 80-grade chain provides reliability and minimized maintenance due to its durability – because no one enjoys the hassle of digging out your manure spreader when chains break.
Exceptional performance
Twin vertical augers provide versatility and premium spread quality for wet, heavy manure. Their durable design ensures efficient performance with minimal maintenance, giving operators peace of mind.
Strength and versatility come from the vertical lift endgate. The strong design and construction allow the endgate to be used as a grading device for light applications of materials as well as to retain very runny material, so you don’t spill on the road.
Withstand wet, heavy loads without sticky product buildup. A 1/2-in (13-mm) poly floor is clamped to a 3/16-in (5-mm) full steel sub-floor, providing longevity and more even wear.
Reliability and durability come standard with a one-piece gearbox designed for longevity and smooth performance. A sight glass in the middle of the gearbox helps make sure operators have the proper amount of oil in the system – and that it’s in good condition.
Convenient maintenance comes standard
No need for a step stool – maintenance is simple with ground-level greasing on hard-to-reach bearings to help make the job easier for longer-lasting bearing life.
Help prevent uneven chain wear and minimize bridging with full-width floor slats that help deliver an even flow of product out the back of the spreader. As an added bonus, floor slat replacement is quick and simple with an included tool.
A simple, robust and reliable floor tensioning system ensures floor chain tension adjustments are as easy as grabbing the provided wrench and turning a nut.
