Operator Visibility Maximized!

• Exclusive, forward-reaching corner auger with a side-folding design increases the upper auger length for industry-leading auger reach and height
  • This innovative single-auger design allows the operator to easily view the auger and downspout from the side window of the tractor cab, reducing fatigue and minimizing the risk of spilling
• Unloading accuracy is optimized when the downspout is pointed straight down and the V-Series provides up to 10 feet of auger side reach when in this position which reduces the risk of throwing grain off target
• On models V1500, V1300 and V1100 the auger folds within the length of the tank for a compact design

High-Speed Unloading

• Models V1500, V1300 and V1100 feature a patent-pending auger design with a U-Joint transition for increased side reach
• Models V1500, V1300 and V1100 feature a 20" diameter auger for unloading speeds up to 600 bushels per minute
• Models V1000 and V800 feature a 20" and model V700 features an 18" diameter auger for unloading speeds up to 550 and 500 bushels per minute
• Exclusive design with a recessed auger sump funnels grain down into the unloading auger for the quickest and gentlest grain handling
• Exclusively designed 3/8” thick max-edge auger flighting features 1/4” thick Abrasion Resistant (AR400) strips added in high volume areas to extend the flighting life for long-term, trouble-free use.
  • AR400 material is a high-carbon alloy steel that is harder and increases the durability of the steel.
  • Electronic balancing of the upper and lower auger flightings provides smooth operation at all speeds.
  • Two-point auger engagement between the upper and lower vertical auger sections ensures a smooth transition of grain and reduces shock during startup.
  • Patented soft-start auger connection cushions the upper and lower vertical augers from harsh tractor PTO engagements which reduces stress and extends the driveline life.

4-Way Downspout

• 4-Way directional downspout provides 4 feet of in-and-out and 5 feet of side-to-side control with minimal change in the discharge height for easily topping off trucks with limited tractor movement
  • 10 feet of auger side reach with the downspout pointed straight down minimizes the chance of throwing grain off target while unloading
• The hydraulically driven gear motor on the downspout provides a smooth and responsive feel when adjusting from side-to-side

Convenience

• Dual spout-mounted LED unloading lights on models V1500, V1300, V1100, V1000 and V800 and a single spout-mounted LED unloading light on model V700 for easy night time operation
• The cushioned auger fold cylinder gently folds and unfolds the upper auger into the loading and transport position
  • When unfolded, the hydraulic locking mechanism holds the upper and lower augers tightly together for a leak-free seal
• Standard PTO holder for keeping the PTO attached while not in use.

• Models V1500, V1300, V1100, V1000, V800 and V700 feature tank capacities of 1,500, 1,300, 1,100, 1,000, 850 and 750 bushels

• Hydraulically operated 36" flow gate features a highly visible position indicator for easily controlling grain flow while unloading

• Exclusive manufacturing process crimps side panels for added strength and exposed seams are silicone sealed for corrosion resistance

Construction

• Models V1500 and V1300 features a track axle with traditional or Equalizer track system or a rigid axle with high-flotation single wheels and tires
• Models V1100 and V1000 feature your choice of a track axle, 134" rigid axle or an adjustable axle with single wheels and tires that can be widened from 134" to 150" centers
• Models V800 and V700 feature your choice of a 120" rigid axle with single wheels or an adjustable axle with single or straddle dual wheels that can be widened from 120" to 150" centers
• Cast 2" single-tang hitch features a smooth chamfer opening and bushings that fit numerous hitch pin sizes which allows the cart to trail smoothly
• Single wheel and tire axles on model V1300 feature 12-bolt hubs with gusseted reinforcements and 6" special alloy, high-tensile spindles
• Single wheel and tire axles on models V1100, V1000, V800 and V700 feature 10-bolt hubs with gusseted reinforcements and 4 1/2" special alloy, high-tensile spindles
• Exclusively designed, heavy-duty 45° gearbox features a 2 1/4" output shaft on models V1500, V1300 and V1100 and 1 3/4" output shaft on models V1000, V800 and V700 for trouble-free operation

High-Flotation Singles

• All models are available with a high-flotation single wheel and tire with a variety of tire sizes available depending on model.
  • All models can be equipped with a rigid axle and models V1100, V1000, V800 and V700 can be equipped with an adjustable axle to meet individual grower preferences.
  • Models V1500 and V1300 feature 12-bolt hubs and models V1100, V1000, V800 and V700 are equipped with 10-bolt hubs and every hub is manufactured from special alloy, high-strength steel with gusseted reinforcements for trouble-free operation.

Equalizer® Track Systems

• Patented design features 7° of side-to-side camber and 20° of front-to-back pivot with independent movement of each track to provide uniform ground contact on uneven terrain for optimum flotation

• 40" main end-wheels feature 10-bolt hubs that are greaseable with triple-lip seals and a steel guard for optimum lubrication.
  • Greaseable hubs ensure the operator can push out any dirt and debris from the hub, increasing life and eliminating down time.
• Hydraulic belt tensioning adjustment for easier track alignment, optimum ground contact and even weight distribution.
  • Conveniently located PSI gauge allows the operator to easily check pressure, ensuring the proper tension is being applied to the belt.
• Cast, pivoting mid-rollers are on the same plane as the main end-wheels for optimum flotation and reduced stress on the belt.
• Exclusive rubber belt construction molds the tread, guide lugs and belt together as one piece, which increases durability and eliminates the need for glued on components.

Economical Track System

• Available on models V1100, V1000 and V800 with a 36" wide rubber track belt that is molded as 1 peice for the greatest strength and durability
• 32" main end-wheels feature 8-bolt hubs for added durability
• Two cast, pivoting mid-rollers are on the same plane as the main end-wheels for optimum flotation and give the track 75" of ground contact length
• All end-wheels and mid-rollers feature hubs that are greaseable and triple-lip seals with a steel guard for optimum lubrication
• Hydraulic belt tensioning adjustment for easier track alignment, optimum ground contact and even weight distribution
