Shipping and Handling Charges:

Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

Return Policy:

Returns must be preauthorized.  Please call and request a return authorization number from a representative

All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date.

Parts must be returned in their original packaging, be in resalable condition, and be accompanied by original invoice.

Parts that have been installed, open kits, electrical parts, and manuals are not returnable.

Our goal is always to sell you the right parts the first time. In the event you are supplied the wrong item by our staff we will make it right at no cost to you. Orders placed without the assistance of our staff are subject to any shipping and restocking costs to correct the error.

In-Stock parts - 10% restocking fee if returned within 30 days.

Special order parts - 25% restocking fee if returned within 30 days.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Customer pays all return shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item(s) without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charges. The replacement item(s) must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
