Complete control

From either control, the operator can choose from four programmable presets or adjust machine settings based on incoming material.

Operators can control the machine through either the Vermeer DP10 display mounted on the control panel, or through an optional handheld transceiver remote.

Convenient loading

The TR5300EM features a large, low feed height hopper that makes it easier to load with a loading ramp, making the trommel screen more mobile around the jobsite.

Maintenance-friendly

The hydraulic-driven chain drive system provides positive drum drive and allows the drum to lift off of the cog for service and maintenance.

From the dual-hinged doors on either side of the machine, you can perform machine maintenance efficiently through ease of access to components such as motor, trommel drum and drum drive.

Optimized end product

Without having to change out the drum, you can adjust the screen panel quickly which will allow operators to change opening size, wire gauge and type of wire so you can separate a wide variety of material.

The optional grizzly screen attaches onto the hopper to help prescreen large, unwanted materials before entering the hopper, resulting in a consistent finished material.

Electric power

Powered by an industrial-duty, fully enclosed and fan-cooled electric motor. A single 60-hp (44.5-kW) motor powers the hydraulic pump stack. Electric motors reduce exhaust emissions, jobsite noise and maintenance compared to diesel.
