The PFL46 has tines that are 1.5" x 4" x 48" and have a 4,500 lb. lift capacity. The PFL56 have tines that are 1.75" x 4" x 48" or 60" and have a 5,500 lb. lift capacity. The enhancement over the previous model is the 1" x 3" chromoly steel carrier bar – now stronger and more resistant to fracturing and abrasion in high stress applications.
