H&R Agri-Power is fully committed to making available to our customers the parts, tools and know-how to diagnose, maintain and repair your equipment safely and responsibly. We provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and remanufactured parts for equipment.

Customer service is a Keystone of our business and is a part of our DNA. Our commitment to customers begins with delivering machines equipped to match your soil, crop, or lawn conditions. We take pride in setting the machines to ensure they perform to maximum potential. Our commitment continues with providing you the resources and service needed to keep your machines operating efficiently.
In our business culture, many of you repair your equipment, and we support your right to do so.
We do not support the right to modify from engineering standards. Modifications from engineering standards may create risks for operators, future owners, and the environment. This may lead to violations of EPA regulations.
CNHi offers a 6 month parts warranty only for parts purchased over the counter and offer a 12 month parts and labor warranty for any part installed by an authorized CNH service department. Some reman parts may carry a longer warranty up to 24 months.
As machines have become more complex, CNHi has provided additional resources needed to maintain, diagnosis, and repair your equipment. Currently, we provide access to the following resources. See below…
- Service & Repair Manuals- hard copies of operators manuals, installation instructions, and service/repair manuals are available to purchase from any H&R Agri-Power location or can be ordered through the CNHi Document Management Center by logging in to My CNHi Store, clicking on the appropriate CNHi brand (Case IH, Case Construction or New Holland Ag ) and then clicking on "Equipment Manuals" at the bottom of the page.
- Repair Tools- Depending on the repair, specialized tools may be required or recommended. These tools are referenced in the Service & Repair manuals by part number and may be purchased at any H&R Agri-Power location if available.
- Customer Diagnostic Tools (C-EST) can be purchased by contacting Kyle Putty at the Hopkinsville, KY location.
- Remote Diagnostic service available.
